How FixFileFast works
FixFileFast is built to help you repair corrupted files, extract clean data, and explain complex documents using a simple token wallet. This page walks you through the workflow, pricing, and how to get support.
Step 1: Choose the right tool
FixFileFast groups its tools by outcome. Use Fix a File when you need to repair corrupted PDFs or spreadsheets. Use Explain This to get a clear summary of complex documents. Use Screenshot → Editable to extract text or tables from images. Each tool is designed to be straightforward: upload or paste content, review the cost, and start the process.
If you are unsure which tool fits, start with the guide pages like Fix corrupted PDF or Fix corrupted Excel.
Step 2: Upload or paste your data
FixFileFast supports direct file uploads for PDFs, Excel files, and images. You can also paste text or data if your file is small. The upload step keeps the original file intact—FixFileFast never overwrites your source file. You will receive a repaired or processed output you can download and review.
For repair workflows, the system analyzes the file structure, identifies inconsistencies, and attempts to rebuild a clean copy. For extraction workflows, it structures your output into text, tables, or clean CSV files.
Step 3: Spend tokens transparently
FixFileFast uses a token wallet so you pay only for what you use. Each tool displays its token cost before you start. New accounts receive free tokens to explore the platform. When you need more, you can top up your wallet through Stripe and continue immediately.
Tokens keep your workflow predictable: a PDF repair costs a fixed number of tokens, and advanced features (like image table extraction) are priced according to the workload. You can always see your balance in the app, and your usage history is tracked in the stats view.
Step 4: Review results and decide next steps
Once processing is complete, FixFileFast provides a detailed output you can download. For repairs, that includes a fixed file plus notes about what was recovered. For explanations or extraction, the output is a structured text report you can save as PDF or DOCX.
If the file is too damaged to repair, FixFileFast will tell you what was missing so you can decide whether to look for backups or attempt data recovery. That clarity helps you avoid wasting time on repeated, low-value attempts.
