Information we collect

Account data. When you sign in with Google, we receive basic profile information (name and email address) so we can create and manage your account.

Uploaded files and content. We process the files and text you submit to provide the repair, extraction, or explanation services you request. This may include PDFs, spreadsheets, images, or pasted text.

Usage data. We log essential usage metrics (such as tool usage counts and token balances) to operate the service and provide support.

Payment data. Token top ups are handled by Stripe. We do not store your card details; Stripe provides us with confirmation of payment and a reference identifier.

How we use information

We use your information to deliver requested services, maintain the app, process payments, and respond to support requests. We do not sell personal information. We do not use uploaded files to train models or to target advertising.

When you request a repair, the file is analyzed and transformed into an output that you can download. The purpose is strictly functional: to give you a working file or a clear explanation of what was recovered.

Cookies and advertising

FixFileFast uses cookies or similar technologies for basic site functionality and analytics. On our public content pages, we may display Google AdSense ads. AdSense may use cookies to serve ads based on prior visits to this or other websites. You can learn more in Google’s advertising policies and manage ad personalization through Google’s Ads Settings.

We aim to respect consent requirements for visitors in regions that require it. If you are in a location with consent requirements, we take reasonable steps to obtain consent before enabling personalized advertising.

Third-party services

Google. We use Google Sign-In for authentication and may use Google AdSense on public content pages.

Stripe. Payments are processed by Stripe, which handles your payment details securely.

Data retention

We retain uploaded files only for as long as needed to complete processing and deliver the results. We keep minimal logs necessary for security and support, and we remove files on a rolling basis. If you request account deletion, we will remove account information in accordance with legal obligations and operational requirements.

International visitors
