Using FixFileFast responsibly

1) Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using FixFileFast, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. FixFileFast is operated from Australia and available globally.

2) Eligibility

You must be able to form a binding contract and comply with applicable laws. If you are using FixFileFast on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to accept these terms.

3) Acceptable use

You agree not to upload or process content that you do not have the right to use, including copyrighted material or confidential data that you are not authorized to share. You also agree not to use FixFileFast for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes.

We may suspend or terminate access if we believe the service is being misused or if we are required to do so by law.

4) Service limitations

FixFileFast provides automated repair and processing tools. Results depend on file condition and format. We do not guarantee that every file can be repaired or that outputs will be error-free. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them for important decisions.

5) Tokens and pricing

FixFileFast uses a token system. Token costs are displayed before you run a tool. Tokens are not a subscription and do not expire unless stated otherwise. We may update token pricing and will display any changes within the product.

6) Refunds

Because token usage is tied to on-demand processing, refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. If a tool fails due to a system error, contact support and we will review your request. We do not guarantee refunds for user error, unsupported file types, or external system failures.

7) Intellectual property

FixFileFast owns the service, software, and branding. You retain ownership of your files and content. By using the service, you grant us a limited license to process your files solely to provide the requested output.

8) Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FixFileFast is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or data loss. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid to FixFileFast in the six months preceding the claim.

9) Changes to the service or terms

We may update the service or these terms from time to time. Updated terms will be posted on this page. Continued use after changes indicates acceptance.
